Not only do these guys sell a value-packed retrofit kit, but they show you how to do it on Youtube and also send you another video as well. Went as shown in the video (with the usual few chaotic moments - didn't have all the tools needed as the ballast was fastened with a nut rather than a screw, and I decided to tape up the wires to better fit under the central cover) and in about 5 minutes had all the light I would ever need. The Quickconnects are magic! The only drawback was, with the great light, I saw how dirty the laundry room floor was ;-)
