If I had 20 lights, I would not buy the kits. I would buy the Double Ended Type bulbs, and connectors and make my labels. The question not asked above is "Ease of Use" and I give this product the highest score possible. So for a few lights, buy the kits and you will be completely satisfied. The kit and installation was as easy as advertised. It allows you to use the existing fixture and not have to remount a new one with a different footprint. Not only do these guys sell a value-packed retrofit kit, but they show you how to do it on Youtube and also send you another video as well. Went as shown in the video (with the usual few chaotic moments - didn't have all the tools needed as the ballast was fastened with a nut rather than a screw, and I decided to tape up the wires to better fit under the central cover) and in about 5 minutes had all the light I would ever need. The Quickconnects are magic! Total Bulk Lighting's video library led me right to the LED-fluorescent conversion kit I needed. This library is a great resource, especially for an amateur do-it-yourselfer. The conversion allowed me to retain my present fixture and its cover, saving me a lot of extra time, and the improvement in the lighting in my laundry room is amazing. Customer service was also fast and courteous, and even the Post Office was unable to damage the shipment. Will definitely use this company again for my lighting needs.
