Customer service is one of the best i've had on any transaction anywhere. Videos are concise and to the point and if I have a question, Scott is on it in a flash! You guys should run a training class on customer service. Super working with all of you! product is good and installation takes me a little longer than the average bear, but hey,i'm 72 yrs old. Still pretty easy to install and the wire connectors are terrific, a little pricey but hey, if you want fast and easy, it's the way to go.
thanks again i will have another order soon and working on a 100 fixture retro down the road!
