When I went to convert my U-bend fluorescent bulbs to LED without a ballast, these tombstones were impossible to find. None of the electrical stores in town had them. The HD Supply / Anixter store told me that Leviton doesn't even make a straight-in unshunted tombstone!

This tombstone snapped in perfectly and holds tight to the sheet metal. It holds the U-bend bulb securely. The push-in terminals hold 18 gauge solid wire tightly.
