In addition to eliminating the awkward replacement of burned out florescent tubes, this kit also eliminates the ballast which eventually fails, is sometimes temperature-sensitive, heavy, and hard to find. Complete T8 LED conversion kit with clear instruction and easy installation. 4000K light is great for closets. The LEDs are Brighter than my other identical fixture that still retain the fluorescent bulbs. The only unusual action is a one second delay from light switch on to actual light.
