- This kit is all you need to convert from fluorescent to led lighting. The only tools I needed were a wire stripper and a flat head screw driver to access the tombstones. I ordered this kit after two electricians failed to return my phone calls to bid on the job. I'm glad they didn't. After searching YouTube, I found your website and saw the installation videos. I said, that seems pretty straight forward. It was so easy. I installed the lights and my wife commented on how bright they were. I'm getting ready to order another kit as I'm typing this review for the other 4 foot unit in my basement.
