Changed out 10 sets for work shop like instant start up with lamps in cold weather and humidity no delay waiting for old set up to light up was a hassle and the new led lamps dont hum or make a buzzing sound from balast very bright with new set up just a note very old light fixtures i had have to be disassembled completely from the top had to come out of ceiling just a little longer install but no worries very happy with results
