Ballast was out now and never worked well during winter in my 3 car garage in the mountains. So i replaced 3 double 4ft. Fluorescent tubes with these leds. Removing ballast and new wiring was easy with the provided connectors. Took about 15 min per light, even with an arm that i cannot raise very well! So much brighter and no flickering. I replaced all my conventional tubes to the led, they are brighter and now I have to where sunglasses in the room just kidding but the room is must brighter now. I'm going to replace all my old tubes to the new led tubes. The process was fast and easy to change over, also it was a great value to replace the old one with new one, instead of buying new light fixtures. I'm happy with them!!!!!!!!!!! Easy breeze twice as easy. I converted two 2 tube fluorescent fixtures. It took about half an hour to do. Most of the time spent on moving my short ladder around. There was nothing more complicated than finding the correct circuit breaker. Everything was easy and now I have a beautiful bright kitchen .
