Shipped fast, delivered on time, everything was safely packaged and nothing missing or damaged. The first one took me about 20 min to install. Mostly because of my cheesy wire strippers, not because the directions were difficult. I ordered a Klein Katapult wire stripper from Home Depot for the second one and it literally took 5 min to do. Entire installation was simple. Video instructions were excellent, although depending on your fixture each tombstone may have its own set of wires requiring an additional splice prior using the EZ connectors. Used the kit to replace fluorescent daylight bulbs in a kitchen fixture that was on its third rheostat and that one was dying. The conversion was quick and easy and I really like the security of the quick connectors over wire caps--they seem so much more secure. The lights were surprisingly bright compared to many of the LED lights sold in big box stores or Amazon.. Am very happy with the conversion and plan on doing the fixtures in my garage later this summer. Thank you for making such a quick and easy to use product. Easy, simple switch to remove ballasts and direct wire sockets.
LEDs brighter than fluorescents and, if they last as long as they should,

I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy this conversion was. I mistakenly thought that my fluorescent fixture had one ballast when it had two.
