I had finally decided that the buzzing of bad ballasts and flickering florescent lights had to go and found this product on YouTube. I was impressed with the video and the apparent ease of the conversion so I ordered it. The product arrived in 3 days and I decided to install just 1 conversion at that point because I usually don't do DYI projects without something going amiss. Not this time. The conversion went without a problem so I replaced all 5 four tube light fixtures in a little under 3 hours. Everything worked out great. This is a great product and company. Excellent complete package to retrofit my florescent bulbs. For my fixture, it required a Dremel tool to modify the tombstone holder but easily accomplished. (Posted on 5/16/2018)Price Quality Value
