I want to commend this company . not only for the excellent products they sell, but for their excellent customer service as well. I've ordered ten retro fit fluorescent to LED kits over the past several years and all of them have been easy to install and of the highest quality. But what most impressed me was the customer service I received when a shipment came with postage due which I paid. A short email was all it took and I received a confirmation that the matter was being looked into and I received a refund to my credit card the same day! I don't think I've ever had this great a customer service with any internet order. This company knows how to keep a customer and I can't say enough about how easy it was to do business with them.

Just a short note to THANK YOU for your EXCELLENT customer service. With one 4’ LED bulb that came broken and two that were flickering on and off you personally took care of the replacements.
What OUTSTANDING customer service!
I’m happy to note that all nine of my 8’ garage fixtures (four 4’ bulbs in each fixture) have been converted from “dim to ded” fluorescent T-8’s to “I see the garage now!” 5,000K frosted LED’s. Wow!
PLUS, with the fluorescent bulbs my garage radio would ‘buzzz’ - not now! I can work out in my “Man Cave” and listen to my favorite Christian radio too.
Again, thank you and please feel free to let your supervisor, manager, or owner know about your over-the-top service.

Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for your clear instructional videos. I am a single woman in her 30s who has limited electrical experience and I was able to safely & successfully swap out my kitchen lights by myself. The new LEDs are beautiful and will keep me way more alert during the Minnesota winter.
