This product does exactly what it is intended to do. It allowed me to retrofit a 25 year old fluorescent 4-bulb T12 system with failing magnetic ballasts with T8 LED bulbs and no ballasts. The whole job took me about 45 minutes. The video you created convinced me this was a doable job that I could handle.
