We have had all of our old T8 fixtures upgraded to LED with these. We have bought a few sets at a time to cover all 55 fixtures. They are getting less expensive to purchase and have saved energy for us. Add to that that I will NEVER have to replace these bulbs and they will NOT shatter: you have an excellent product! - Retrofit came as described, YouTube video stepped right thru process. Be careful not to disconnect any other fixtures that may be chained on from the one you are working on. (Posted on 2/6/2016)
