Designer's Note

Although our retrofit kit fits 99% of the fixtures out there, there is a small percentage of older T12 fixtures that look just like the one in our video but will be hard to retrofit. We recommend that you try one kit and try the lamps in the sockets before you start the process of the retrofit. Of course you will want to do that with the power turned off to the fixture. The issue is that some of the very old T12 lamp sockets and fixtures do not allow room for the length of the new T8 retrofit tube.

The only issue we have found is that the spacing on some of the lights have been a little far apart and the light bulbs have trouble staying in! So we just make the notch a little deeper and poke a new hole in them! (Posted on 4/12/2017)
